Export

Export your account data from Focer: Profile → Account → Export account data. The export is saved where you choose and stays under your control.

Deleting your account

Delete your account in Focer: Profile → Account → Delete account. This removes your online account, your content and files, and stops related jobs and connections. An offline device keeps its local copy until it reconnects and receives the deletion. Deleting the app alone does not delete your account, and deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription — cancel that in your Apple Account settings.

Backups and records we keep

Encrypted daily backups are kept for seven days, then deleted after a further seven-day safety period. Google removes deleted Firebase Authentication data from its systems within 180 days.

We keep minimal deletion markers so an old device or backup can't recreate a deleted account; they don't contain your planning content. Exports and files you have saved or shared stay on your devices or with whoever you shared them with.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your information, or object to how we use it. Use the in-app controls or contact help@focer.app. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. Never send us your password.

To ask about a message you sent through this website, contact us from the email address you used. We may ask you to confirm you own it.
